Guillotine: How to Get the Best Head

The French Revolution brought about many political changes. Unfortunately, it also ushered in France's official method of punishment by death: the Guillotine. The Guillotine was used so frequently that, at one point during the revolution, it was chopping heads around the clock. Guillotine, the card game, is fast and fun, where players collect heads of the dearly departed for points. However, does its cartoonish theme and ease of play devolve the game into not much of a game at all?
